What's the difference between main users and guests users?

Main users are those that are invited into your main, shareable and/or private boards that are internal company members. 

Guest users are users that are a part of your shareable board which you have full access to during your trial period, and thereafter, found in the standard plan once you upgrade. 

Main users are those that are a part of your main boards and can be invited into your shareable and/or private boards as long as they are internal company members. 

Guest users pricing 4 guests cost you as much as 1 regular user. When it reaches 4 guest users, so until 4 guests, it won't be counted as a regular user. For example, a 5 user plan could include 5 main users and UP TO 3 guests before it moves your plan to 6 users. 

Note: Guests can only see the board(s) that they are invited into. They cannot see nor have access to company main or private boards.

How to add guests to a Shareable Board 

  1. Create a Shareable Board



  2. Choose your company members and guests to join and start building your shareable board :)
